"This daycare was recommended to me by friends and family to be one of the best daycares but they are so wrong my daughter would cry everyday and even when i would pick her up she would have swollen eyes because she had cried all day when i had enrolled her i was told to sign a paper about the food program which i was not happy about but because my daughter would only eat certain food and i had stated to them i would take her everyday UnOPENED Store bought Baby Food but they did not allow me and when i questioned why was that option written in their paper if they where not going to allow me they said it was the program rules program i did not want to sign up for!! and after a week i was told by one of their staff members that she was not eating as i already knew because she would come home soo hungry when apparently as per facility she had ate so many meals and where Lies ! and all her bottles where empty as when i know my daughter and she does not drink milk all day she eats Food. Another Issue was the schedules when i first enrolled i told Mrs Morales i had very random schedules at work as for her it was totally fine but when i started daycare she started giving me hours to bring her and what not which she never explained to me, if she had told me from the beginning i would made arrangements but every time she would say different hours this is very inconvenient. And theres so many other stories i can go into detail about stuff i disliked and disagreed with this daycare that i just changed daycares this was too much."

"Kids are left unattended crying in the floor... my kid had bruises in his arms and forehead, he was denied food and when I requested to see the cameras Mrs. Morales didn't approved it!! And she never let me have a conversation with the director so be very careful with this daycare bc Mrs. Morales is a good liar!!!"

"We are very happy with the services of this daycare, it has excellent facilities that are very spacious, clean and safe. All the staff are very kind and attentive, especially Mrs. Morales and Mrs. Eva, they are always with the best attitude and a smile, my girl loves them! I go to work knowing that my baby girl is in very good hands. She loves going to this daycare! They are going the extra mile by supporting the community during this COVID-19 pandemic by providing free meals to the community on a daily basis. Thank you very much to all the staff and Mrs. Reyna for everything you all do. We appreciate you all!"

"When me and my wife first did our initial tour we fell in love. All the staff were very friendly, everything was organized and clean. The price was average and acceptable with the quality I believed the daycare would provide. After about a month my son started to get sick, which I know is normal however after visiting the doctors office and getting an excuse on when my son could return back to daycare, The daycare was questioning the excuse not to be valid since I had taken him on sunday and on that monday they said he had to go again. I had to argue with them about how these things are decided. If they dont even have a nurse in their staff, how is it our doctor's visit the day before could not count as a doctor's visit? I requested them to show me in their policy this rule, but after complaining they dropped the matter and never showed me paper work I asked for. The last thing and the biggest reason why I won't be taking my son back to this daycare is that my son missed a week of daycare because he had an appointment to get ear tubes. Since my son was getting sick all the time I thought it was best to keep him home for a week so he wouldnt get sick since they won't perform the procedure if he is sick. The following week after spending money on a baby sitter I tried to return my son to the daycare and found that they charge a $110 enrollment fee everytime the child misses a week on top of the weekly rate of $125. I was outraged, there is no reason why a daycare should charge so much for this. This means if you wanna take your family on a nice vacation the daycare will be ready for you when you return with a high charge. I did my research and found that most daycares give you a smaller charge called a holding fee of $50 if any charge at all. I believe this is unacceptable and an abuse on parents. Parents need to stand together on abusive places like these that take advantage with these high fees."
