"The manager Joana did my refill, I got black shellac and it started to peel off as soon as I showered. On day 2, I was missing some of the paint on several fingers, I contacted them through text and Facebook, I called all day and no one answered. When I finally got ahold of someone, they told me to go in 4 days because they were supposedly booked. I waited all week with the ugliest nails I have ever had, not to mention that was the most expensive refill I have ever paid for, $43 for something that lasted 2 days is ABSURD. So I went thinking they would fix their mistake, not only was she extremely rude and unethical but she was trying to charge me again! I recommend you spend your hard earned cash somewhere else, this was a ridiculous waste of money, I want a full refund! And you probably will too bc the same thing happened to my friend"

"This nail salon is beautiful. You walk in and you are surrounded by sparkling white decor. My mom and I got pedicures with gel polish. The chairs you sit in are not your typical pedicure chairs they are these over the top elegant chairs on wheels. The chairs are not very comfortable they don’t massage or recline and you have to wheel yourself to the bowl to put your feet in. The bowl for your feet is actually a sink with no jets. You put your feet up on a padded board and the angle is not very comfortable. I started to get cramps in my legs. I like how my toes turned out, but I will not be returning."

"I had a shellac done that looked beautiful at first, in one of them they put 1 tip on me but after 3 days it bent in a corner. After 15 days, two of them began to take off. Pay for a month's worth of work not for it to last only 15 days. The girl was kind, the place is nice and clean. Only their materials are not the best."
