"When Sebastian was located in houston off 610 everything about our process went smooth, once he reloalcated everything went down hill. The answering service he uses couldn't understand my questions and concerns in english and Spanish, and I felt like we were left in limbo. It was hard to get ahold of someone right away, or get a response. It's been a year since my husband was approved for his residency. Prior to going to the interview in Juarez I made sure to ask if my husband needed the covid shot, Braulio assured me he didn't. Well once at the physical in Juarez the doctor told my husband he needed it and it was required. In mexico it isn't like united states where you can show up to any pharmacy to get the shot, it was only certain days of the month and by age group, because of my husband not having both doses of the covid shot we almost lost our chance of him getting his residency. Luckily I have family in Juarez and by Gods grace they were giving a 2 in 1 covid shot that day. Once at the interview they requested a copy of the perdon and the lawyers office never gave us one, good thing the lady found it in the computer. After the roller coaster we went through I would not recommend this law office unless you live in New York where Sebastian Simon is now located to deal with him directly."
