"Would not recommend this place. Submitted my damaged OCI to be replaced on May 24th, 2023, thinking it will be ample time to get it replaced. Fast forward to January 8th, 2024, I still have not received it 7 months later. So, i am flying out to India tomorrow and had to apply for a tourist visa ( I did it myself since this place is not competent). Got approved in a day. Also, good luck trying to get a hold of Dennis to answer any questions. 4 out of the 5 times I called, Dennis was either not in the office or left early. So save your time and money and go someplace else or do the application yourself (in hindsight, I should have) Edit-since The owner responded, I would like to clarify that I had asked if they needed the damaged OCI card when I first went to them, and they assured me that they did not need it. Also, I drove an hour to their office 2 days after they contacted me, saying that they needed the damaged OCI. That doesn't sound like a "significant amount of time," like the owner states. Since you brought up my wife's OCI, it was also not done in a timely manner. It took a LOT more than the "52 days" that you kept telling us. It was close to 80 days when she received hers. So next time before you blame your paying customers for your shortcomings, take a little bit of responsibility and apologize."
