"Brought my 11 year old son in with a dislocated shoulder around 6pm from a bicycle accident. Not seen in order of sign in, let alone seen in order of medical precedence. With people getting called back with mild covid symptoms even when they arrived after we did. This info was apparent because it is all discussed in the lobby. We were literally the last called. We were sent to x-ray, and the nurse asked if I knew how to get back to urgent care. I said I did. Xray tech asked if I knew how to get back to urgent care. I said i did. I walk my son back down to urgent care with a sign on the door we came from that says "this is not urgent care", and it is locked. I walk outside with my son to the entrance of urgent care, and it is locked. I am at the door with my son in a wheelchair, and I knock on the door. I make eye contact with the lady at the reception desk. She closes the blind on me and ignores me. I proceeded to go around to the ER where the original nurse flagged me down from a side door. I dont usually complain. We are tough people, but the absolute disregard for someones well being and the disrespect by closing the blind on an 11 year old in a wheelchair is outright appalling. Everyone was in a hurry to get home. The extent of the examination is "does it hurt?" 0 hands on. 0 visual examination. He was not checked for head injury or any other broken bones. Luckily, I was a trained combat medic in the US army and can recognize head and other injuries. I hope they made it home in time for dinner... In addition, I was asked if my son wanted a pill or liquid form of pain management medicine. I said he swallows pills fine. He said pill. LPN comes back and say they couldnt get the dosing right for pill so they gave him liquid. Fine by me. When picking up the meds from cvs the pharm tech tells me they do not have liquid and only pill. I told her what the lpn told me about the dosing, and she said that was completely false, pills could have been easily dosed, and the lpn should know that. She suggested that I call the urgent care and have them change the prescription. By this time, the urgent care is closed. My son has not complained, but I see that he is in painnand cant sleep."

"I got stung on my Forehead while I was sleeping. It look like I had a third eye. The Doctor lanced and drained it the best she could. Her and the staff was very friendly I can't say enough about how nice they were.."
