"Plenty of campsites available in late fall, (walk-in season.) The facilities seem to be newer and are clean. Great scenery on the Ohio River."

"This is a really neat little place to visit with the kids and it's all free! We stopped by on our road trip and went inside the visitor center. There were some really neat displays inside there of arrowheads and old artifacts they have dug up. If you're in there area it's definitely worth a visit and it doesn't take a lot of your time to see. Also really cool to look out over the Ohio river there!"

"Nice little place for an overnight camping spot. Clean shower facility with hot water. $20 for a spot to park. I went during the off-peak season, so I was fortunate to get a walk-in spot. Morning, I took in the recreated fort and learned some history about the area. Nice park!"

"The museum and park are very nice. We went in the fall and it was beautiful. The park had a really nice trail and beautiful views of the river. The fort was so neat. If you go in the museum, it will teach you about the history of the Fort and park. We loved it here and will definitely be coming back for another visit."
