"Absolutely the worse treatment I have ever seen. The office staff was rude. If you speak up and tell them you would like to see another doctor etc they will drop you leaving you high and dry. The doctor that my wife saw had the worse bedside manor I have ever witnessed. That should speak volumes coming from a nurse."

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Rude staff. Dr. Mala is extremely rude and condescending. My partner went here because he has a metal rod in his spine, and Dr. Mala treated him like dirt and preached about accupuncture. He is in the wrong field. If he wants to be a holistic guru, he needs to go elsewhere. People have legit pain, and some are actually looking for compassionate relief, not getting high. Dont waste your time here!"

"Took 12 weeks to get in to see Dr. I'm new to area and reduced my pain meds by 3/4. She told me that it was no skin off her back if I wanted to be treated at Lourdes PM. Just Rudeness by everyone at clinic. I get better treatments at my vet clinic. They never answer the phone. Left 10 messages 1 a week and by week 10 they returned call. I'd drive back to Wi for my care next time"

"Tried to make an appointment and they refused without a referral. Explained that I had just moved from out of state and had no local doctor and they still required a referral. Called previous pain mgmt doctor from out of state and had them fax info. Called back to make appointment and they said they had no record of documents faxed ask them to call my doctor and they refused. PERSON HUNG UP ON ME INSTEAD OF TRYING TO WORK IT OUT. This person should be disciplined and trained on public relations. SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE!"
