"Clean WARM store, bizarre shelving. Many aisles of wines, vodka has its own specialty section, other liquors share aisles. No discernable organization, scotch for example is a mixture of wildly different prices, different origins ( Indian, Japanese, Australian "scotches"!?!) Shelved with blended and single malt Scotch almost entirely from Scottish island distilleries, and NOT from the Highlands!!! Very disappointing! (Only found a few average Dalmore's and one 12 year Macallan's). Where the premium Scotch is versus the cheapest is unknown. EVERYTHING is mixed together. So if you must shop here, know EXACTLY what you want and get out before sweating...which will happen if it's the same temp in there we experienced. Store was very warm, no circulation. Temp is definitely a problem for the various alcohol, especially the wines, strange mgmt or corporate is clueless of that, unless it's deliberately sabotaging it's inventory for insurance reasons. Mgr. on site avoided us, and other customers. Anytime anyone approached the checkout counter he was at, he suddenly left and was gone long enough customers had to go to the only other open line. Then he'd return. It was painfully obvious what he was doing....either too incompetent to work a register or too lazy to do a simple entry-level job. 7 customers deep with multiple items is ridiculous in a store with 2 open registers that the mgr. stuck us all with only 1 with his shyness for work, and the ONLY cashier seemed fairly new. NO holiday packaging, or specials as in the past. They used to have the stores middle aisle and all end caps loaded with gift packaging starting before Halloween and plenty thru Christmas. Will not return to this location!"

"The manager John is NOT VERY FRIENDLY. Whenever I went there I see him I just walk out then go over Spec. I didn’t have a good experience with him more than one time. I purchase my supplies for my business. I have a bar in Dallas and I could buy my alcohol on Oaklawn but I want to support this location. I guess Fr now on I have to stop coming here because of John ( team manger/name tag)."
