"Dr. Smith is AMAZING! She’s a wonderful physician, but the front office ladies need a lesson in empathy and not being so rude when talking to patients who have questions regarding their care. In addition to this, I’ve had to call a few times to ask questions to be told that someone will return my call. Then, weeks go by and still no call-back. I had to call back today over something I asked about regarding my medication 2 weeks ago. I was finally transferred to a Leslie who talked to me like I was stupid and that I inconvenienced her. I’ve never had an issue with any of them until recently and now I’m beginning to second-guess who I see all because of the front office."

"Had the BEST experience at Baptist Health when delivering my first born. The nurses took their time and debriefed me every time they did something new. They did not make me feel uncomfortable one bit. They answered ALL of my questions and frequently asked me if there was anything they could do/get for me AND my husband (this was during Covid-19). During my induction, I went through some discomfort and the nurses that was there was so encouraging. She was like “you got this, I can tell you’re going to be one of the strong ones”. And as simple as that was, it made all of the difference. I wasn’t even giving birth yet. TONS of respect for the Nurses at Baptist Health. I had about 6-7 different nurses from my experience there and couldn’t say anything but positive thoughts for each one. Especially Nurse Rita in NICU! shout out to you for taking care of our baby and giving us more advice than we could’ve asked for! She helped take away our stresses and made us feel comfortable being parents. Thank you Rita! As For Dr. Neely. Couldn’t have asked for a more loyal doctor. I got induced on the 1st and had my son at 11:30pm on the 2nd. Almost the 3rd. And Doctor Neely was there for us the whole way. 2 days straight, he stayed with his patients and delivered I don’t know how many babies in those days. Even though he had to have been EXHAUSTED, He didn’t show it one bit. He made me a priority and took care of my needs and my child. He had done 4 C sections the day of my sons birth I was told. He mentioned that he might have a different doctor come in and deliver my baby, you know because he had been up for 2 days straight. 11:30pm comes around and he is still there for us. We were C section number 5 that night. Shout out to you Neely! You are too amazing. This is more than a job to you. So thank you for truly caring."
