"Service has to be awful in order for me to leave a review. If you are in pain or really sick do NOT come here. You will be better off at Spring View. I had an appointment for 5:15 and had waited until 6:30 before being called back. There was 2 others who went to the back and have come out far over 30 minutes ago. Once they called my name at 6:30 I was told to go into room 1. Upon arrival I had my blood pressure checked and temperature ran. I was told someone would be right in. At 7:03 the doctor come in and did my swab tests. They are in no rush over here and I would understand if it were a full house but it was not. I don’t know what they get paid here but I’m pretty sure McDonalds has better service than this."
"Just wanna say this place is very unprofessional from the time we come in. The front office staff was the only professional one there in my eyes. The provider did not even take a look at the issue In which I was there for which was a X-ray. Never once examined me nor the area just looked with her physical eyes. Waiting almost 2 hrs with that being an hr for someone to come get us for an X-ray mind you one person was in front of us. Pertaining to waiting for my results I was told to go ahead and leave without knowledge if something was broken or not. Stated they would call me with results. Personally this is an issues when someone comes to your office wanting to know if something is broke or not. When walking out the door the results was printed off handed to me by front staff. I asked the provider to explain we’re the injury was on X-ray she stated that I would have to wait a very long time for her to tell me that vs. just telling me then. Very unprofessional attitude with this as well. Would not recommend."
