"I recently moved and needed my medical records. After filling out in the office a medical release form to have them sent elsewhere I was told that their systems were down. I was understanding and patient about that for about a month. But then I wasn’t able to be seen by any other doctor until those records were sent over. And I’m in my third trimester. I went all the way back for a glucose test and still haven’t received those results along with my medical records. I have called multiple times, left multiples voicemails with both the nurse line as well as the front desk, and never received a call back. As far as I still know there’s no answer as to when I can have my medical records and properly receive care elsewhere as well as I have no clue about my test results which I absolutely need. I’m tired of calling, I’m tired of being sent to voicemail or being told “systems are down.” If systems are down I have no clue why I would’ve even had an appointment anyways and blood work done for it to seemingly disappear into thin air. Bad timing for me to move I suppose. But loss of records or test results is absolutely not my fault and not something I should have to worry about in my third trimester."
