The Little Clinic

"When I made it to the front desk the receptionist asked what I needed. I let her know that I have my son there for an appointment at seven. We were there just a few minutes late from the appt and as I was pulling out my insurance cards she let me know that we could not be seen. I was like we are not even10 mins late. I asked her, are you all not walk in welcome as well? And she let me know that it is not always the case. They only alot 15 mins per appointment. She was rude the whole time. She then told proceeded to tell me that the clinic does not take MHS, that she had saw card in my hand. I let her know that I have United healthcare as the primary insurance for my son that I pay for through my work, and I know they take it as my daughter was there before. It would've been different if she was friendly about the whole situation, but she was rude the way she spoke to me. There's a right way to go about things, but the way she speaks to people is not it. There wasn't even anyone else waiting to be seen in the clinic. I will not be returning, and you all should get Receptionist that are actually caring towards sick patients."

"I’m so glad I didn’t read these reviews before I made my appointment! We’re in the process of relocating to the area. I scheduled my son’s sports physical at this location. Unfortunately, I got caught in construction traffic and was running behind. I called the clinic to let them know we were in route. Arrived 12 minutes late and had no problems checking in and being seen. The nurse practitioner, Sally, has the bedside manner all medical professionals should have. She took time to explain the purpose of the tests so my teen son would understand. I was also told the young lady at the front desk is new. She’sa total sweetheart! I would highly recommend this location."

"I took my kid in on a Saturday. He’s really sick but tested negative for everything. The NP called in a prescription for cough medicine. It did nothing. Didn’t work at all. I called the clinic just now (Monday morning) to get a school note since my son has missed Friday and now Monday and I was told that my son would need another entire appointment. What the hell!? Is this a joke? DO NOT RECOMMEND. Now I have to make an appointment with his pediatrician."

"The 1 star review is quite generous given the poor customer service I received at this location. I arrived 6 minutes late to my appointment, and was declined care, with one other individual in the waiting area. Upon reaching out to the customer service line, I was hung up on. In addition, I am pregnant, and believe that I have the flu, which was told to the nurse on duty, as well as the customer service representative. Needless to say I will no longer utilize a Little Clinic in the future."

"I never give reviews but I had to with this. I walked in only a few minutes after my appointment time- 2:43 when my appointment was at 2:40. The woman at the desk looked me up and down, turned around, walked through the door (completely ignoring me) and shut the door on me. Right after, I got the text saying my appointment was cancelled. I don’t know if she cancelled it based on my appearance or what, but when she came back out, I asked her why my appointment was cancelled and she said it was because I was more than 5 minutes late. I was not. There was no one else there and no reason for her not to see me and she told me to make another appointment for tomorrow and that they wouldn’t be able to see me today. I cannot believe how rude she was to me and I will never come back."
