"I had 3 appointments with Dr. Beacham . A consult, then shots in my neck and a follow up consult. We were to schedule another treatment to verify that the nerves he wanted to numb were correct. I have never ever had to go to the waiting room after an appointment to wait to be scheduled for another. After about another 30 -40 minutes of sitting in the waiting room i walked up to the desk. As I approached the desk the door opened and a nurse told me that I was next to have an appointment scheduled. I asked her if she would mind calling me with the appointment. She said she would. After a week I called that office because I haven't gotten a call from them. After about 10 tries to get someone to answer the phone i finally got through. The girl on the other end said she would make the appointment with me at that time. I asked her why they did not call back with the appointment. Her reply was that I had walked out. I tried to explain that I spoke with someone that was going to call me and never did . Again she said that I walked out. Then she proceeded to tell me that the doctor wanted to see me in 8 weeks. I was under the impression that I was to see him within the next week. I also tried to understand why they were telling me 8 weeks. It occurred to me they they were punishing me for not sitting in the waiting room like a good boy. I then spoke to I believe her name was Amy Scott - the office manager. after talking with her it became abundantly clear why that office runs the way it does. In my opinion i completely understand why this office is so dysfunctional. She thinks they everyone that comes to that office is looking to get drugs and they everyone is beneath her. She talks to people like dogs. I believe that she could not manage a McDonald drive through much less a Medical practice.I wish for her to receive the type of treatment that she gives to others. It is a foregone conclusion that I will not ever go back there. Honestly I do not think I could stand to sit there and wait for the doctor to see me, as it sickens me to see how they treat people. Changing the name of the practice will not improve anything unless he gets rid of the office staff or at least the office manager Mike Prestigiacomo"

"They will be closing July 31, 2018, but Dr. Beacham will reopen under a new name and company. Dr. Beacham is a great caring doctor."

"I went into the office today and was totally disrespected by Amy Scott. I had never been spoken to as bad as she did me. I have had two appointments this year for the entire year that I have had to reschedule, due to appointment conflicts. I take care of my mom and brother and we all together have many appts. She stated to me if I am unable to keep my appointments that this is place May not be the right fit for me. I have been going here for a year and have not had any previous problems. The injections that Dr. Dunbar did helped me. I am a human being and deserve better treatment than how she spoke to me. I do not abuse or sell my drugs, I am sure you see the occasional ones in this clinic, but I am not one of those people. I believe I will speak to my doctor to see where I can go from here, because so do not want to deal with Amy Scott again."

"I had nerves in my neck burned. It was horrible! I have been sedated many times and never had any problems. They acted like they gave me more than usual but they are big fat liers!! I was not this time. It was very painful! Dr Dunbar lied to me and I am NEVER going back to him!! No one should have to endure that!!! He is running people through there like cattle! How much money does he need. All the great people he had working for him before are gone. I used to see Dr. Dunbar each time I came in now I see RNs! The people he sees now are not the same quality people he used to see. I want a quality caring place to go for help. I have been seeing Dr Dunbar for over 6 year's but we are done!!"
