"Took my daughter out there over a week ago for a consultation and haven’t heard from anyone yet. Took a day off work and paid $150 for this visit and not even a follow up call to see what they recommend??? Based on these reviews, it’s all the same!!"
"Extremely knowledgeable doctors and therapists. They have a sliding scale, so make sure to ask to see if it applies to you. I've been in therapy here for a year and have gone to group therapy (lead by therapist, not a support group) and individual therapy. They specialize in many diagnoses and have many ways to treat them, not just "talk therapy." When I have shown strength in healing they have suggested every other week, they aren't trying to keep me coming back forever."
"The care by provider was very good, however, the hassle of dealing with billing and insurance has been extremely disappointing. They don't take insurance. They don't talk to insurance companies. They won't get on the phone with insurance companies. If the insurance company says that things aren't coded how they process it, BeWell will not cooperate and recode. They frequently don't call back about billing issues. And it takes many weeks to simply get electronic copies of statements (we still don't have them). For being a center that exists to deal with mental health, they certainly add a great deal of stress to trying to pay for these expensive services, stress that causes a great deal of anxiety all its own."
