"Never said what was wrong but gave me an antibiotic. Think she felt bad or was having a bad day. Sick herself maybe. Very disappointed in the last two times. Wont use this company ever again. A joke really!!"

"Made an appointment for a biometric screening a month ago for today at 9:00 AM. Received my confirmation email and then two reminder emails yesterday. After waking up early on a Saturday and completing the required fasting I drove to my appointment. I arrived around 8:45 AM and the sign in the parking lot said to come in five minutes before your appointment. I entered the facility at 8:55 AM to find there was no one there. I went over to the computer to check in and it said closed. Waited uni 9:00 AM to see if someone would show up and no one ever did. I waited five more minutes and then called the customer service number. The representative informed me there were no notes on a closure and I confirmed I had not received any communication letting me know my appointment was altered or cancelled. The representative had no idea why the clinic was closed. They did state the hours were now showing for them as opening at 9:40 AM. I informed them that the hours on the kiosk and the sign at the front desk said opening time was 8:30 AM. The representative asked if I could come back later or reschedule. I declined. On my way out the security guard stopped me and asked me what I was waiting for. I was a little taken aback but I informed them that I was waiting for an appointment but no one ever showed up. It was an overall rough experience."

"Louise who worked the desk and Marina the APRN were simply the best! Louise helped with getting my daughter checked in and was so understanding considering how upset I was with my pediatrician's refusal to see my daughter. She helped with our check in and was able to get Marina to see us within 5 minutes of showing up! Marina did great with getting a quick diagnosis and out the door! Highly recommend!!!"

"Doctor said they didn't know why I was experiencing 80% of my symptoms, spent no more than 5 minutes being checked out, and said I would be fine 1 day after being sick for nearly a week. They also didn't ask about any medications I was currently taking. This was the worst and most pointless $115 I have ever spent. I strongly recommend just going anywhere else."

"Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. Everyone was very nice and I was tested for strep throat and treated in less than 20 minutes. Online it says walkins are welcome but if they are busy, they won't have time to squeeze you so 100% book an appointment online first."
