"I made an appointment for my husband to see Dr. Proctor. He has been to several hearing centers and spent a lot of money for hearing aids that did not work. Dr. Proctor took the time to explain to us how hearing aids actually work, and how hearing is connected to our brain. She recommended the hearing aids she thought were best for him, and we are seeing some improvement ( He's only been wearing them for a month). Dr. Proctor is very patient and very kind.
