"Won’t ever go to a Baptist for anything ever again. Went in tonight because my 3 year old fell and needed stitches on his hairline. After paying $100 to be seen the NP informed me she was “not comfortable” performing stitches on a child this young. I respect the honestly, but seriously? This is an urgent care for a reason and they see patients of ALL ages. So if you’re not equipped enough to do something as basic as stitches, don’t work at an urgent care. I did receive a refund after being clear it was ridiculous I paid that to be told there was nothing she could do. Drove to Norton immediate care right next door and was seen promptly and my son received 3 stitches. GO TO NORTON!!!!"
