"Bed Bugs room 222. On January 10 for a one night stay. Had to move to lobby at 0400. Numerous bug bites and found one adult bed bug on the sheets. Bigger problem- I have asked management to call me multiple times and have not received a call. My room fee was not credited back to my account. The elusive GM Lauren Kelly is never available even when I arrived before 3:00pm and staff had seen her in the building. This is not consistent with Marriot core values of....."putting people first, pursuing excellence, embracing change, acting with integrity and serving our world.""

"Staff were great! My beautiful bride and I arrived for a late check-in, and were greeted by Lindsay. We checked in a went to the room; the television remote wouldn't operate the TV. I called down, spoke with Lindsay, who stated its probably the batteries, 2 other rooms had the same problem. She had handed out the 4 batteries allotted to her for the evening. All other batteries were locked in managers desk/office, there was nothing she could do for me. I had to Doordash batteries if I wanted TV. About 20 minutes and $20 later I had my batteries which in fact fixed the problem. $180 room and the can't leave the clerk with batteries? Very disappointing. I had business in the morning and Lindsay hooked up a late checkout so my wife had somewhere to hang out. In the morning I met Molly in the kitchen, I was disappointed by the menu. With just a few questions Molly prepared me my breakfast. I was greatfull and surprised."

"The Front Desk Clerk was efficient, cheerful, and helpful with dining suggestions - all were greatly appreciated after driving 460 miles in the rain! The room was inviting and quite comfortable! The TV screen was larger than most. The property location worked perfectly for my needs while in this town."
