"Went in looking to buy a vape to avoid using disposable vapes. I have been out of the vape world for years and just used disposable as a convenience. I expected the rep to listen to what I would like and provide a recommendation. The person that helped me suggested a specific setup that came with a .4 and .6 ohm coil with suggested 25-35w. They proceeded adamantly suggest nicotine salt juice at the highest strength. I paid around 110 dollars for the initial setup and juice. Took two draws and it was unusable. It was way too harsh. Returned to the store where I explained to the situation the rep that helped me. They exchanged one unopened bottle of juice and told me to try the lowest strength of nicotine salt juice for 5 dollar charge. Even though I asked about just trying regular freebase juice at an even lower nicotine level, they were again adamant that I use nicotine salt. Again, way too strong. I tried to call to talk to someone the following day. The rep working answered the phone and immediately hung up 5 times before finally answering with just a “hello…” like it was their personal phone line. I asked for a manager and they said one wasn’t available and they couldn’t tell me when would be in the store. I reached out to the company via their contact us form on their site 2 weeks ago. Radio silence. Worst customer experience I’ve experienced."
