"I am writing to you today to express my sincere gratitude for your help in finding a rare item of liquor (i.e. A midwinter Night's Dram Limited Engagement) for my beloved friend. I had been searching for this particular bottle for months, and I was starting to lose hope. However, your knowledgeable staff was able to track it down for me. I was so excited to find this rare liquor bottle at a great price! I was particularly impressed by the level of customer service I received. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful employee who was eager to assist me. She took the time to listen to my needs and then made several recommendations. She also offered to order the bottle for me if it was not in stock. I am so glad that I decided to shop at your store. I was able to find the perfect gift for my friend, and I know that he will be absolutely thrilled. Thank you again for your help!"

"Absolutely unacceptable business practice. This business sold a bottle of Blantons to my cousin for 299 dollars without her knowing that is 5x MSRP. When she found out after texting us, she was rudely talked to and angrily told she was not allowed to return the bottle, she hadn’t even left the parking lot. There is a difference between saying “this is an expensive bottle” and “this is an expensive bottle because we are driving the price up from 65 dollars to 299”. I understand what supply and demand is, but I also understand when someone or something is an unethical dumpster fire. You knowingly mislead and took advantage of someone that didn’t know how marked up this product was and didn’t give her 15 minutes to return it and move on. Everyone needs to caution their family members before stepping foot in this establishment."

"RIPOFF. Recent reviews here are BULL----. They are ABSOLUTE LIES. This is a tiny little shop with the HIGHEST PRICES OF ANY STORE I FOUND and I did an extensive study of 6 others nearby. *Stupidly* higher prices, by FAR. If you choose to believe the paid or profit-motived liars who have done glowing recent reviews on this clip joint, then just do this: PRICE COMPARE. Go to ANY OTHER STORE and write down the prices of what you want - and THEN go here. You'll see. I'm pretty upset that the Google reviews drew me, and I'm angry that some customers (victims of the review scam) who aren't careful as I will be tricked into thinking that this is a reasonable place and needlessly lose (spend) money. You don't have to take my word for it. Check the prices yourself. You'll see, and will thank me."
