"Purchased 3 Puff plus bars morning of 12/31. Within 2 hours one was dead, checked the serial number, Puff says it is a counterfeit. Called the store and nice lady said it was no problem, just bring it in to exchange. Returned about 8pm, owner was at register and was VERY rude about the situation (I didn't even mention the bar was counterfeit) and embarrassed me in front of whole line of customers. I just wanted an exchange for the defective item they sold me. I won't be back."
