"I've used GBA before with no issues but today I had a different experience! I walked in around 9:45 a.m. and one person was on the phone helping a customer and three other people were standing around talking. I do believe they were talking about work. I stood there for a couple of minutes waiting without any acknowledgement from anyone and another person walked in. I was about a foot away from the counter when the other customer walked in and went straight to the counter. One woman quit talking and grabbed something and took it straight to him and checked him out. I got a perplexed look on my face and the gentleman that was talking when I came in held up his hands like he was surprised to see me and finally came to ask if he could help me. I asked several questions about how he could help me. He answered in a condescending way and I said Thank you and left. I guess I need to find me another print shop."
