The HR department comprises highly skilled individuals with over 30 years of combined experience spanning various industries and backgrounds, from corporate to small businesses. This diversity equips them with a comprehensive understanding of different situations. Their prompt and decisive actions in addressing incidents command respect from victims, while their commitment to privacy and fair decision-making earns the respect of those involved. Overall, they demonstrate fairness and diligence in their responsibilities. Having been on both sides of this, I can fully attest to this statement. In my experience with management, I've found them to be fair and professional individuals. However, there's room for improvement in terms of transparency regarding decisions that impact entire departments or the company as a whole. Enhanced transparency would reduce speculation and foster honest communication, particularly among passionate employees eager to understand the rationale behind decisions. For those who decide to work here and are ever in this position, I recommend scheduling a private meeting with your supervisor, as they are all reasonable and open to dialogue. The Lab Director at Solaris is commendably dedicated and takes their role seriously, ensuring high standards of performance and adherence to protocols within the laboratory setting. Additionally, the collaborative environment fosters innovation and teamwork, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Working at Solaris not only promises professional growth but also opportunities to grow alongside the company, which is still relatively new to the industry (established in 2018) and undergoing progressive expansion across the country. It's a workplace that encourages continuous learning, and I personally consider it to be a place of growth and development, akin to an Alma Mater"

"Came to say I passed one of these vehicles while riding in the car. Their employee was watching/scrolling Tik Tok and driving. 8:50pm 12/5/23 license plate SDX15. Highly inappropriate and unsafe."

"I don’t even know where to begin. Let me first start off by saying that I should’ve definitely checked the reviews before starting this company. I didn’t know what I was getting myself into, but all I know is that I needed out. This “company” has got to be the epitome of insane, disorganized, lack-lustered, and mentally draining. Don’t believe the company values or the mission statement because it’s all a lie. I experienced nothing but immature people who don’t need to be on a management level, filing false police reports against me, being “trained” in a skill by someone who was not even certified, witnessed two important people who held IMPORTANT job titles, quit, and they wanna have the nerve to call this company a family. The pay looks great, but before thinking of applying, don’t. The HR Director is heartless. If you speak up, you’re basically finished and resented. And the fact that there are people who brag about getting others to quit is literally psychotic. In the beginning it was great, but I will not stand for the lack of leadership, favoritism, unqualified employees, disrespect, and so much more."
