"I called Forged in Wood to build our custom cabinetry for our basement bar and bathroom. I spoke with the owner, who was very polite and answered all of my questions. We were excited to work with them but (unfortunately) the sales representative never showed up to our house on the day she was supposed to, nor did she call to cancel. She texted several days later apologizing, but we had already decided to go with another, more reliable, company. Poor business etiquette. Would not recommend."
