"Unreliable!!! Do not pay before the work is done. Never returns phone calls. Left us with plumbing work to be finished and 2 rows to finish. We now have to find a plumber and someone to finish their job after he took full payment. Update: they have damaged my home!!! In addition to taking money and not finishing I now have water damage that will require a carpenter. Grout is breaking apart and floor is popping."
"This place does horrible work, would not recommend. They left my yard littered with cement and even left some tools behind. As far as there craftsmanship totally low rate. They installed my shower handle upside down and they let debris fall through shower drain. I had to pay a plumber to come clear the clog and fix my shower handle. Castellanos was supposed to come fix it but I am still waiting for them 1 week later"
