"I’m a big fan of Hallmark and this location is one of the bests that I’ve ever been. Its located on the Lakeline Plaza and the store is huge! There’s also a huge parking lot right in front of the store so no need to worry about parking. The interior looks fairly new and the shopping areas are well organized and arranged. They have a lot of stuffs but you don’t feel crowded shopping in the store. I love their gift selections. From home decors, art crafts, homeware to cute plush toys, they have literally everything you can think of!! Additionally they also have a special section dedicated to Texas local/style gifts. As you walk towards the back of the store, you’ll find rows of beautiful cards for various occasions. Their card collection is the most diverse and unique one I’ve seen among all the Austin stationery stores. Lastly, the staffs are great. They are all very friendly and helpful. Will keep coming back for gifts and cards shopping for sure :)"

"What a cute store with so many great gift options! The employees were so kind and helpful, especially during the Christmas rush. When I went in, the store was packed, but I was still greeted. This made me feel like I was noticed. The checkout line was long, but the young lady who helped me was polite and warm hearted. She asked how my day was and if I found some great gifts. She was very attentive. Great job to all their retail workers!"
