"I never had a bad experience with the massage therapists and have always been satisfied. But take it from me when I say DO NOT sign up for the annual contract for massage/facial monthly. I have had too many issues with this place and the management specifically. After bringing my issue to their attention it happened AGAIN. And management handled it poorly and was extremely rude. Will never go here again because of them. But to all of the therapists, you’re doing amazing work!"
"I gave it 3 stars due to this place being my go 2 massage place but my recent visit was very disappointing. I scheduled a prenatal massage on a Thursday morning for a Saturday morning for the only time available at 8am. I was looking forward to finally relaxing and getting some of these pains and kinks out but when i arrived that morning i was told the lady i happened to book with wasn’t at work and her ride was running late. I had no problem with the reasoning since things happen in life but instead of accommodating me with another option for my time and money i was given an option to reschedule for a whole other day with just a free enhancement that only had 3 options to choose from. I understand there has to be other employees available to be booked but i felt like for my time wasted going all the way to my appointment and not being told of any updates they waited until i got there just for my appointment to be cancelled and go all the way back home with no massage."
