"My daughters have been attending LMA for about 3 months now. I found them online. I hadn’t personally heard anything about the facility prior to calling and getting sone information about it. I spoke with Ms. Nikki. She was very welcoming, exhibited amazing customer service skills over the phone, was very informative and patient with all the questions that I had. This made me feel confident and secure that my kids would be in great hands. I had called before I went in later that day to look at the facility and take care of paperwork and spoke with Ms.Stella. She wasn’t as welcoming over the phone. However, when I went in she wasn’t so bad in person. I love the foundation that the facility is set upon and the app where you can view updates and pictures of my children. It actually brightens my day when I see their photos. I have had some concerns though because my daughter would often tell me that the teacher made her sad. I would ask if my daughter had an off day and the response would be, no and that she had a good day. I am not fond of the unwelcoming attitude that Ms. Stella has. She never says good morning and always seems to be in a bad mood. She’s even yelled and gotten an attitude and hung up in my face over the phone because I was going to be 3 minutes late from picking up my children due to being caught in traffic. I have mixed feelings about the facility and wonder if this energy is being directed towards my children. I have seen her interact with other parents and she’s not rude and short with them. The staff is welcoming for the most part."

"We have been taking our daughter there for about a month. At first she was skeptical about it, being away from her grandma who primarily would care for her during the day. She has grown to love day care and experience new activities every day, the teachers are great at communicating with us via the app."

"Amazing learning community. The staff is incredibly helpful in all aspects of your child. My daughter's speech and learning has improved greatly just by attending for a couple of months. It was the staff who recognized her potential and moved her into a 3 yr old class. All staff members are kind, respectful and caring towards every child. I am so glad I chose this school for my daughter. They update food, potty and activity photos throughout the day as well. So that is a plus and just seeing how happy my daughter is going in and out, is a big assurance."

"My son has been attending Learning Minds since July 2021. Ms. Nikki and Mrs. Stella are very easy to talk to. They have communicated his needs very well. When we first started going, they recognized that he needed to be in a higher level class, which I was grateful for. The class has helped him to grow exponentially in learning. He became proficient in his letter recognition, letter sounds, and is now recognizing words. He also is adding and subtracting basic numbers, as well as counting (at 3). Any issue that has arisen has been swiftly taken care of (usually about using the potty). My son enjoys coming to school everyday, and even remarks that I pick him up too soon in the afternoon. He wants to stay at school. I can see in his interactions with the staff, that he is very comfortable with them, and they enjoy being around him. I am grateful at how kind they are and happy to have found this center for my child to attend."

"We love this daycare. They are very safe with covid still going on. Always responsive when I have questions. Great price...good options to where you can put your child in for only 3 days and save some money. my 4 year old daughter loves going here. I highly recommend to anyone especially on a budget because they actually learn something here and have fun!"
