The Learning Experience - Cedar Park

"I've been thinking about this review for a while now. At first I decided not to write it. However the last 2 months 2 friends has been trying to sign there kiddos up here and I had to share my experiences with them and now yall. My daughter when here for 3 months. The scary thing about child care is taking your little ones elsewhere to be watched while they cannot speak. My daughter was 3 months short of her second birthday when she went here. Not speaking much and already potty training. The first thing that happened was my daughter stop using the bathroom and she'll only go in her pull ups, hiding while doing it. When I asked is she being taken to the rest room. I was told that she wasn't showing interest. She's just one and the half, of course she would rather play than having to sit in the bathroom. I was also, told she would sit in there while the other kids are either using the restroom or being changed because she was attached to the teacher. Also, she was always sick, but that's part of child care. However one time she came home with rash and bumps all over her. I ask. I was told my daughter is always hiding under something or in weird places at the playground. I was told they maybe bugs but they do spray and are scheduled for one soon. Than one day my daughter came home with hand, foot, and mouth. She was in the emergency and was out for 2 weeks. Told them about it. They told me thanks for letting them know and they'll see us Monday. Told them the doctor said she has to be out a week or two. There was no announcement made on their daily chat informing parents in her classroom. The day she came back her teacher asked, where we on vacation. The teacher didn't even know or care. When I told her she said "oh okay, welcome back" Three days into her coming back, I had to take her back to the emergency room because something happened to her ears. The doctor said she was not pinched. The redness and black blood pattern might be that something put pressure on her ear for a long time. He said she would have cried, and the teacher should have known. We had to wait for the color and swollen to go down to see if her vaids were okay. But it's hard to explain with no marks on her face, and her hair was not touched. I asked the school, and they could not explain or show me a video of that day. The next day, my daughter said to me, "Mama, no ABC school." That same day, I quit my job. I had to listen to her. if you have kids that talk, listen to them. I don't want a respond from the owner because I tried to get answers while my daughter was going to your school. I still get PTSD thinking about what could had happened to my child in your school"

My favorite thing about TLE is their app. I get pictures and updates all day, so I know exactly what my kids are doing during the day. They provide all meals and snacks too, which is a huge plus."
