"I called to get some information about homes and lots. David was SO incredibly rude. He said my realtor should do their job and get a list of homes for me and said all their spec homes are sold. I was there yesterday and visited several available spec homes from several builders. This information is also listed on the builder's sites. When I let him know I was there yesterday and found several online he said, "well great for you, go see those then!" and HUNG UP ON ME. WOW. Very Very unprofessional for anyone to be spoken to that way. I am making a 1 Million Dollar + Purchase and would 100% expect more professionalism, kindness, service, etc. David is clearly not doing a job he likes.
