"Friday morning at 8:01 am I had prepaid $23 on pump number 5. I was in a rush (single parent, 2 kids, 2 jobs) when I got an emergency phone call from my mom. I rushed out without my gas and when I got down the street IMMEDIATELY called and told the clerk I had forgotten. She said she couldn't do anything and it was already pumped. The car behind me took my gas knowing they hadn't paid. To make matters worse I was told the manager wouldn't be available until 3pm, called at 3pm and no manager. I was hung up on by another employee at that time. I called back because it's simple to resolve, yet they keep passing the blame. Finally spoke with manager today and was told he WON'T do anything and they can look at the camera and get the plate numbers of the vehicle that took my gas so I can handle it myself. I now have to go file a claim in court that will cost more than replacing my $23 (which I still have the receipt for) bad business. I work right around the corner and have been purchasing gas and coffee and overpriced water every.single.dayon't be doing that any longer. They say it's not their problem but fact is I purchased a product or service I didn't receive."
