"Everybody on the service team is absolutely phenomenal, from the service manager to the service advisors, everybody was very helpful. They were energetic, and even if I felt like I was asking too many questions as a new RV owner, they never made me feel like a bother. The people in the parts team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I live in Grand Prairie but I come to this Camping World because they really are the best in the business. If you are anywhere in between a brand new RV owner, or an experienced RVer, you can’t go wrong using this Camping World."

Took about an hour for them to inspect it and about 15 minutes to do the paperwork. All in all a very hassle free experience. There are a lot of complaints about Camping World. "I had an outstanding experience with Camping World in Alvarado this past weekend, specifically with my salesman, Ryan, and finance manager, Taylor. The proceeding week, Mackenzie was great at coordinating and helped put together a short list of units to look at. Ryan immediately understood my needs and matched me with a great camper. Taylor in finance was great to work with and answered any questions I had. Overall, I felt the process on both the front and back end was transparent. Any hiccups were addressed and remedied quickly. The process to release the camper was thorough and informative. I was introduced to someone in each department and given a great walk-around before taking ownership. Leaving the lot, I felt confident that I knew the systems of the camper. Overall, I got exactly what I expected at the price I expected to get it, and I am pleased with my purchase. Ryan has even been kind enough to follow up with me and answer a couple of questions I had after the sale was completed. Well worth the drive down."

"I have had major problems with my Coleman light! The door frame of the unit had water gushing in from all sides during a storm, and from the cabinets underneath the sink and refrigerator. I told camping world about it they sent a “tech” out to fix the problem was on the roof resealing stuff and they did a really poor job in the first place. The next storm same thing water coming in from the doors and underneath the sink and fridge. They claimed because the unit wasn’t completely level that’s why the water is coming back in, blamed it on the fridge area. I opened up the outside vent to the fridge area and it was bone dry. They are the ones who dropped it off in the first place and didn’t level it correctly. When I mentioned that, they didn’t care said they have to charge me a 250$ fee to come level it. So it’s been “fixed” once they refuse to come again without being paid. I told them it’s still leaking and it’s not the angle it’s sitting at water shouldn’t come in through the top of the door nor the sides. They haven’t even tried to call me or get it fixed. I got tired of their lies and run around and took off the cheap wood around the door frame. They cut the hole for the door frame way to big, so big that the rubber seal was just hanging in the gap, so large light can get through. Next month my warranty expires they’re clearly just waiting for it to expire so they don’t have to do anything about it. Who knows what damage it did to the integrity of the structure, and it’s made with cheap wood. I just want my money back they lied to sell a defective RV. The RV cost 35k but for some reason at the end of it I’ll be paying 50k. even if the thing burn down and I collected insurance I’d still owe money on it for a defective RV. I don’t even know how to go about starting a lawsuit. Don’t buy anything from camping world!!"
