"I will never refer another person here, The staff is crooked they lie they post your payment when they get ready they have access to make changes to your account. I moved here in Sept. 2022 to my surprise a bunch of unprofessional leasing agents they don’t know their left from right I knew there was going to be an issue when I kept reporting to the office via email that my account was wrong and I was never able to pay online since day one they finally waited until my lease was up to tell me that I owed money when I know that I didn’t my second month here I had a balance due of over 2,000 that they tried to say I owed this was the second rent payment at the time that I had made. Jay told me several times he would fix it and never did now he’s gone as well as LaQuonia and Cardia they all screwed me over to the point where I was almost homeless and they didn’t care but after everything came to the light and I saw what they did to my account suddenly they are no longer working and there is a brand new staff and they even came in rude and tried to intimidate me Monica did I guess she is the new manager just started here August 2023 and tried to call me a liar in court she doesn’t know anything that happened not the truth or she just part of the scam here. But GOD has blessed me to get a more upscale home and I will be glad to go. I won’t tell you not to move here it’s not my character, but I will speak my truth on my situation and let you decide because that’s what reviews are about. I hate things turned out like they did but it did and I say thank you because I’m moving actually where I have always wanted to."

"When I say this property is beyond garbage I don't even know where to begin. They can't keep staff longer than 5 minutes. Every time you go in there's a new person. Roaches even if your apartment is clean. You can guarantee your apartment won't be ready at move in. You'll have to remind Monica to remind the maintenance staff to fix things. She clearly doesn't know how to manage a property and is very rude and ignorant. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time."

They don't know what they doing and the moment you have the tour to show the apartment it not was ready to show . 2 weeks later nothing. They never communicate with you never . They just scam and took you money . Get out of here . Don't rent here . it 's really sad if you don't want to rent, say that Not instead of wasting time.
