"For the truck drivers. This place is kind of unorganized, but they do unload you in a timely manner, once you're finally in a dock. High traffic volume for a small area."
"Very poor customer service experience!!! Also they have a huge problem, it takes soooo long to get your product.... When busy easily you'll wait over 1 hour and much more a lot of the times . Last time I went there, they seem to have fixed the waiting issue, for that reason I will change my star rating thanks!"
"I would like to give a 0 for customer service and for attending the customer needs. I had stop by at 3:30pm to return a box of hinges and plates that they delivered wrong and I could not replace because they were closed at 3! At 3 when it states that the close at 4 pm. Well now I have to wait until Monday morning to change them."
"Despite google statement that they are open until 5 pm, they in fact said they close at 4pm. So this review is based on their failure to clearly post accurate hours of operation. It’s a long drive to specialty places like this and fighting traffic to be turned away is frustrating and a waste of time."
