"As of today February 19, 2024, my Husband and I have stayed at the BW Caprock Hotel in Brownfield, TX. twice now and we plan on staying at this Hotel every time we visit Brownfield. I would have given them a 5 star rating except I believe there is always room for improvement no matter where you stay. The rooms were very clean. The service is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a very good full service breakfast of eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, biscuits, toast, 2 kinds of waffles, and several different beverages. Each time we stayed at this hotel we brought our 2 dogs. The pet rate is very reasonable. My biggest suggestion and I guess complaint is no outside doggie area.hotel is located within walking distance of fast-food restaurants. If you ever stay at Brownfield, TX. Mr. and Mrs. Pickett highly recommend BW Caprock Hotel."
"Front desk attendees were very nice. Room was very clean. Hotel is close to convenience stores and restaurants. The only issues we had were the TV freezing every 5 minutes (literally) and the toilet was stopping up the first night into the next day. We got a plunger and fixed that for the rest of our stay lol."
"My husband and I stayed for one night on 6/4/23. We arrived late and were tired. My husband was greeted by a very pleasant gentleman who told him a little about the town. The room was spotless. Everything in order. Air conditioning worked well too. It was a safe environment, clean room with all the expected amenities. Breakfast was as good if not better than most since it was well kept and clean."
"Our family road-trips often and we have stayed at many “budget” motels/hotels. This Best Western was perfect. The grounds and the rooms were very clean. Rooms had microwaves for a late night snack. Dogs are welcome and breakfast area was very clean and had the basics to get a good start to the travel day. Staff was friendly! Thank you for a nice stay."
