"5 stars for the cleanliness and organization of the store. 1 star for customer service. Tall, thin guy behind counter. He had one customer in there. I walked around for 10 minutes looking at jewelry, handbags And tools. Not once did he acknowledge my presence, greet me, tell me he’d be with me in a few minutes, NOTHING. I own two retail businesses and I know the importance of acknowledging customers who walk through the door, both for customer service and security reasons. Too bad because I was touring many pawnshops in the area and was a buying customer. I found my items at other area pawnshops."

"Almost $500 laptop 6 months old I dropped cigarette on key board an burned the letter Q but u can still see the letter wouldn't pawn for me for few weeks. Ask me off would buy it like that. OK Haber say I would at 50 75 easy an ID be lucky if he would pawn it new from store for that cause there just taking advantage of people. He wouldn't pawn Luke that at 50 cause if some reason I didn't pick up he would try to sell it for 200 an no no one would pay that with burn. I will not go there anymore an don't suggest to anyone"

"Poor businessman I went to pawn an item and was only asking at least a third of what it was worth he admitted that it was worth a couple hundred more refused to do business because of how long it would take to sell it, I was pawning the item so to use that excuse could only suggest he never expected me to make my payment which is labeling me but saying all new customers can't b trusted. Bad business in my eyes what he should've been thinking was here's a quick buck I'm helping a new customer and even if he doesn't 0ay I'll make the business a couple hundred minimum in the long run"
