"Two days ago I picked up my first prescription from this pharmacy and they filled my prescription with incorrect dosaging which is incredibly dangerous my 20 mg were 10 mgs. If this was a heart medication and if I were 80 years old this would have been a lot more dangerous. Pharmacist Sonya did not even apologize to me today for this prescription being filled incorrectly and dangerously I told her this is my first time filing at this pharmacy and this is incredibly disappointing why would I feel at this pharmacy again if I cannot even trust this pharmacy to fill my prescription correctly. I have loved HEB pharmacies but clearly this pharmacy is not following correct procedure."

"If you need your medication quickly i highly suggest not to go here, ive had my childs medication sent here numerous times and every single time they call me days later saying the prescription is finally filled! Also my son got his 1st covid shot here & the kid "because he looked about 19 years old" was very rude and administered his shot not carefully and quickly. I felt like i was being so rushed out of there. Not to mention he was very rude when talking to me."

"It's sad to see so many poor marks on the reviews. If I was the manager I'd be very upset and make some serious changes! My chief complaint is wait time. Many times I've stood in line for 20 mins OR MORE to get to the counter! Way to long! And I know that they know when those Times are. So how hard would it be to bring in another register person to get customers served much quicker during peak times. Not rocket science here folks. Otherwise their service is pretty decent."
