"I’m not sure what changed, but I used to like going to the store. There is a new older African-American woman that’s there in the mornings, she was there now, who is the personification of rude. She’ll stand behind the register like she’s a cashier, but then tell you to go to the other person in a rude manner. I think I’ll just go the other way for now on and use the more convenient and cleaner store. I seriously hope that this location goes back to the people they had."

"Car wash never in service, cashiers always say you can't use your rewards inside or purchase a car wash. Hoses on quarter washes never work. Never use their car wash its poorly maintained."

"Tonight at 8pm I entered the store to purchase Red Bull. The one young man milling around almost walked over me, I thought he was a customer till I saw him go behind the counter. The young man at the counter serviced me thinking I didn’t need a bag for three cans or my receipt. I ask for it and he gave them to me. I told him I appreciate him not addressing me as,”man or bro”, it had happened so much to the point I simply stop coming to the store because I feel it’s disrespectful to talk to me as if I’m their buddy from the streets. I’m a 60 year old Black Man that have grandchildren in the 20s it’s insulting to me. As I walked out he stated, “see you later Bro”. Customers should be greeted as Sir or Mam, not Bro. Is it because I’m Black, I don’t deserve professional treatment?"

"It's a nice store. And you can get money orders there. They do the little pizza also. The restroom have always been clean. The only thing I can say that needs to be addressed is the soda fountain machine. It's nasty and has little bugs flying around. They need to take the machine apart a night and wash them. Then they wouldn't have them little bugs flying around. Nobody wants to get a drink from that. It's an easy fix. I know how it is to work at a store. You have slow time and before they close somebody should start cleaning that machine. That's the only bad thing I can say that I've noticed at this store."
