"You know, back when Petro was owned by Texas people, it was operated like a true truck stop. The Iron Skillet was open 24/7. Now that BP owns them, they took out the great American trucker friendly restaurant and replaced it with a chain restaurant that isn't open if you hit town at 2am. WHAT A JOKE!!!! Guess the slant nose steering wheel holders don't eat food unless they microwave it."

"My wife and I had the Bacon burgers. She had fries ,and I had onion rings. It was amazing. We will be going back for different items on the menu. Thank you for a great experience."

"Not bad for a metro truck stop. Black Bear was good for me better than the skillet. Redeem your ultra credit for a decent meal. I had good service. Looked clean but I didn’t shower so can’t comment on that. Was able to find a spot at noon easy enough. Did fill up overnight"

"Lots of parking available, even late at night. The staff was friendly and very nice. Very large selection of food and snacks to choose from, as well as accessories for your truck. Showers were very small."

"The diesel store staff is very nice friendly. The main store not so much. The washers work 2 out of 10 of the driers worked they put in maintenance / help tickets while i was there. ( 3/10/18) clothes did come clean... But ghad dham 3$ to wash 3$ to dry.... 1 load Pool table, knife shop, tv room, showers. Showers seem smaller than most petros ive been too almost like loves showers but it was clean and was given 5 towels. Restrooms were clean. Showers also went up 14$ unless fueling 60+ gallons was told they drop off after 3 days Buffet wasn't that good and small selection but was BBQ and steak day ribs good mash potato steak itself was not all that. Somewhat busy took 10mins to get a drink and no refill. Unless you order to go or really want something here id pass mexican restaurant and taco truck next door small kitchen on the diesel island store tacos hamburgers etc.. Points cards seem to not work at register i dont stop at TA Petros mostly because company fuel stops are not setup at these locations but sucks when you cant grab free points for showers etc..."
