"I normally get my medicine no issue. This time one of my medications has been cancelled twice with no notification, and when I called to figure out why, they stated it was out of stock expected to arrive tomorrow. Without explaining why they did not notify me of the cancellation or how to prevent it from occurring again in the future. Update 1/26/2024 They continue to cancel my medicine. I've been putting in a refill request daily to wake up to it cancelled. Transferring all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Would not recommend HEB due to lack of communication."
"It must have been a bad night for Ariana Nicole Torres and Alejandro Almaguer for them to be so rude and inconsiderate about having to explain a situation regarding a transfer "within" your company and a medication STILL being on order. I was listening to Ariana's explanation when I jumped in to correct her and her exact words were.... "Are You Going To Cut Me Off OR Are You Going To Let Me Explain" Nooo ma'am not with me! She failed to continue our conversation and had another employee speak to me. This employee did what should have been done initially as far as making sure the item was ordered. If your employees can't get their feet wet I suggest you hire those who can handle the water. This will be addressed to Virginia and Christina and I will never use this pharmacy again."
"Not sure what the low ratings are about. I haven’t had anything but a positive experience. The staff always seem to be working quickly; looks like they are understaffed. Regardless, they are always very nice and helpful."
"My husband came by earlier today. Asked him if he could pick up my meds. They told him no because they needed my ID even though he gave them all my information. So now when I came I Waited in the drive thru pharmacy line for a literal hour. When I first got in the line the truck that was at the front had been there for who even knows how long. It’s so ridiculous when drive thru is suppose to be more faster and convenient. It definitely isn’t. I’m not filling my prescriptions here anymore. This is absolutely ridiculous."
"The drive through is just SO slow. I just waited an hour to pick up my prescription, and once you get in line you are trapped. I’m not sure if it’s a corporate/management issue or what- hire more people to work? Get a better system?"
