"Lifesavers!!! When my usual Walgreens was out of stock on a daily medication for my son and then told me that I would have to call other Walgreens locations to see if they had the med in stock, when in the past they could tell me what location was in stock, I was left flabbergasted. I called one other Walgreens with no luck so I decided to call my trusty HEB and try their pharmacy. The woman was so helpful and sympathetic to my situation. Unfortunately they didn’t have the medication either but she told me the closest HEB Pharmacy that did! They have earned my business! I had only trusted HEB for my groceries now they will have all of our prescriptions as well! Amazing customer service!"

"Honestly stone oak needs to do better. We pay such high prices for HOA fees, and other fees and for this HEB pharmacy to take FOREVER is just atrocious. Every time I come to this pharmacy I’m always disappointed at the lack of customer service, at the time how it always takes over 20+ mins exactly. I work in customer service, so I try to give Grace and never say anything but jeez I’m highly disappointed and aggravated. Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t a negative review on all of this heb, only on the pharmacy area. Please hire workers who actually care about their job and have a passion in what they do. Thank you."

"Had a prescription transferred to this store, drove 25 minutes to pickup, then waited another 10 minutes for someone to help me in drive through. I was surprised by the curt, unfriendly, and dismissive service. No thank you, have a nice day, nothing! Customer service at this location is the worst I have had in an HEB pharmacy."

"Julie is the best and her staff is always so friendly. They even stayed on the phone with my insurance for over 2 hours. This really meant alot to me. They get my medicine out on same day mostly in about 40 minutes."
