"I have been coming to this pharmacy for almost 3 years. The only reason I come here is because it is close to my house (5 minutes away). It's a convenient location. Unfortunately the wait times are ridiculous every single time I come. And I've tried coming early OR coming late but it never fails I am wait 15-30+ minutes. Currently I am sitting in the drive thru line and have been waiting 30 mins. 30 mins and counting because there is one more car in front of me. On another note the staff is always courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had any other problems besides the EXCESSIVE wait times."

"They told me to come back back the next day after 12pm and my medicine should be ready. Stood in line and waited over 30 min and they said my medication was still not ready. It’s been over 30 hours and still not ready. They need more workers and structure to keep up with their demand. They are way too behind and under employed. I came on my break and now I have to wait till tomorrow and come back to see if it’s even ready. Go to. Walgreens or CVS if you need medication. This heb is far too behind."
