"Staff not trained properly when it comes to billing two insurance companies. No one on the staff along with the Pharmacist take account ability when it comes to there own mistakes. I don't understand how this pharmacy continues to run business."

"Was at pharmacy drive thru. Pharmacist Diana was helping me but when someone at the counter came up, she took them as priority. Had to wait longer, no reason and no communication as to why I was push to the side. I would recommend people go to another pharmacy. There was a few good pharmacists here before, but not anymore. This is the second time I have to wait a long period of time. Very unprofessional, I will try Las palmas next time, even though it's out of my way. Just now found out that one of my medications is not ready. Although I was told it was. This pharmacy has really gone downhill."

"Fast, quick and prompt. My medications were put back since I did not pick up on time,which was my fault, pharmacist had redid my order in less than 3 mins, they were quick.."

"Unfortunately my 8 month old baby boy was diagnosed with a bad case of thrush this morning and he’s been in so much pain because of it. We haven’t slept. He hasn’t eaten much in the past couple and he’s just been so miserable. He needed his medicine ASAP!!! I explained our situation to the pharmacist (Ms. Dolores) and asked if she could please fill it as soon as possible. She was more than willing to help us. She filled it right away! Ms. Anita finished the transaction and was very helpful when I asked for food suggestions because he has been having a hard time eating. It’s been two and half days now that my son and I have not slept. Maybe 3 to 4 hours total. I can’t tell you how much their help meant to me. I was in tears by the end of the transaction. In fact I’m crying as I type this. It was one of those moments where just a little bit of kindness means everything. I gave my son his medicine and he is now content. He is sleeping so soundly. I am so grateful for these two ladies help. We’ve been having a really bad couple days, my son more than me of course. Their kindness just meant so much. Sleep deprived and an emotional wreck seeing him like that. Now he can finally rest. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!"

"This place is ridiculous! It has gotten worse recently, they will literally have you sit n wait in drive thru for 10 min before they tell you they will be right with you n then have you wait another 30 min so they can say they have to call Doctor or do not have it. I mean what's the point of taking our phone number down then? Worst HEB pharmacy ever!!!! Do not go here!"
