"This is where I go to pick up my prescriptions. Depending on the day, it can be busy. However, they always have the prescription on time and I do not have to wait long. I would recommend this location."

"Very bad service, wait for 1:48 min to take my medicine, they don’t care and they don’t have experience! Even I tried to call the manager today ( Justin ) , but he do not care also , they left me OBL hold for 34 min and no answer. I will not let it go , I will check with H‑E‑B head office and complain about those useless. I hope there is zero star ."

"Justin, the dark-haired pharmacist, is excellent and really goes out of his way to help. He has filled my prescription just as they were closing and took the time to answer my questions after. He also was super helpful with transferring an out of town prescription back to San Antonio. Also thanks to Katherine in the drive-through who was also incredibly patient and helpful with getting medicine for my daughter. She had a very friendly attitude and was very kind and personable."

"I always receive fast and friendly service here. Yes, sometimes a line can form--but this can happen anywhere. Here they react quickly--when possible--to help make that line of people smaller, by opening up another station to assist. I had a great experience last week when Chris did the above, and was able to locate a very hard to find medication for me in their system. He then called that other pharmacy to make sure they had the medication in stock, confirmed it was the exact medication (brand name), and called me back 15 minutes later to let me know that it was available immediately at a nearby store. This is just one example of what makes this location great, but it is the one that finally led me here to write a review."
