"Very poor service!! They don't talk to you, they are rude!! And right in front of you they go talk to the pharmacist only believing what she said or what the problem was!! And.. he sits there and looks at you and laughs while he's filling your prescription!!!!"

"This pharmacy went above and beyond for my mom and I. I am a cancer survivor with health issues from all I went through. My mom is in her 70s and has health issues. We got diagnosed with covid for the first time and it hit us both hard. We have used Walgreens for 20+yrs and they let us down Sat. We were waiting for Paxlovid and they never called us that it was ready. When I called they said "oh we have the rx you want us to get it ready for you?" I said yes for my mom and me please. I didn't know my mom was calling too and they told her it was out of stock. She asked why wouldn't they let us know so we can transfer it else where. I called Heb pharmacy at 505pm on Saturday seeing they close at 6 and asked them to please help, explaining our situation. The wonderful lady i spoke to said head our way i will call them right now. They did and got it ready right away for us both. They were so caring and helpful. My whole family will be switching to Heb and I will tell everyone and anyone how great they are. Thank you so very much!!!"

"I love the fact that some pharmacy employees know me by name. Very customer focused and very outgoing crew at my H‑E‑B pharmacy. I can have high prices on meds and right away they offer coupon cards or lower prices. Prompts to Daniel! Thank you for always going above and beyond for me!"

"Today was my absolute worst experience with the pharmacy. 1pm my daughters medicine was sent to the pharmacy. 5:30pm not ready they ask me to wait 10 minutes. 30 minutes later still not ready. I asked if another location would be faster, I was told to call and ask that location myself. This is the 1st time I felt racially mistreated as I saw no one else have any issues at all.This was with 2 different people in the pharmacy. I still have to go back But its my last time dealing with those people. BTW she only needed eye drops"

"I utilize the free delivery often & love that service. Only 1x has the counter help been wrong about my prescription & then 1x they were short on a quantity for a CS med but they immediately did a count & made it right by sending me the rest. I always recount now. The staff is great but they definitely need more help. In-store lines are always too long & lately it takes forever to get them to answer the phones."
