"Some employees will "purposefully" hold up the line. They will get into long chats with the first customer cashing out WHILE there is a long line. One employee took 10+ minutes flirting with the first customer while 9 other people wait. No sense of urgency or priority. This happens so frequently, that im starting to hear other customers complain."

"I don’t know whether to rate this location or the Valero, but regardless, they offer a car wash and I’ve been here multiple times where the car wash takes your money but it isn’t working. The machine revved up but then stalled and once it just washed my car but didn’t do the soap and I paid for the premium wash. The actual store itself though is nice and the restrooms are average. The workers are friendly enough. I mean they did give me a refund to those car washes so that’s a plus. The rating is more for the inconvenience and the inability to keep that up and working."

"Great variation of goods but shelves don't have the item's price, ended up buying an 8 oz fruit loops cereal box for about $7, later went to HEB and bought two 21 oz for $7."

"Nice store. Nice Employees. Pretty good selection of convenience store type stuff, especially drinks, beer, and wine. Prices are a little higher but you'd probably spend more in gas going down Potranco"
