"I would give ZERO STARS if I could. I go in to get a soak off and he kept insisting that he just pop them off. I told him not to do so but instead soak them. After only 15 minutes of soaking he comes to check my nails. He drills some of the nail away then proceeds to try to lift my nail up. As he’s doing it, I feel him rip my entire nail away. The entire top half of my nail is GONE ! When asked how could this be fixed he tells me he can place a real nail over it until it heals!!!!! I refused because more product would only damage and burn my nail."
