"Me and a friend wanted to get our nails done for valentine's day and when we arrived they said it would be a twenty minute wait. We were super excited because they weren't busy at all so we though it would be great. We ended up waiting an hour. I was not told prior that she wouldn't have time to do a full set. So we sat down and I showed her what I wanted to have done and she proceeded to tell me she wouldn't have time because she had other clients coming. I didn't have a problem with that. What i do have a problem with is that a couple arrived after us and got sat down within ten minutes for a pedicure. After the women's pedicure she's now getting a full set put on. So not only was it a waste of my time but I got turned down when people that arrived after me got work done almost immediately. I'm not sure if it was because of my age or whatever the reason may be but I won't be coming back."
