"Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. I waited an hour and my prescription wasn't ready. I went to the counter 4 times before I goy my medication. I understand if it takes a awhile to get done, but say that! Don't tell me 20 minutes, then 5 minutes, 5 more minutes etc etc. Tell me it will be done in 2 hours and that's when I will come back. Finally I was told my meds weren't "counted out" for some reason. The reason would be that you don't care about your customers. Why did the previous people at the counter keep telling me to come back then? They should have checked to see if there was an issue not keep telling me to just come back in 5 minutes"

"There service is fine but I have never been able to use their app. Before I used to log in and refill and see if meds were ready. Something happened and I was asked to connect my accounts with the HEB grocery store. After that, nothing worked."

"I needed to get emergency meds over Memorial Day weekend for a tooth abscess. The HEB pharmacy at Potranco was the only pharmacy in my area that was open at 3:00pm, when I needed to get my prescriptions filled. That is crazy, since there are two more local pharmacies (you know the ones I'm talking about), but neither were open past 1:30pm. Anyway, I'm actually glad I went to HEB. As usual, I could count on them. The staff at the pharmacy were professional and efficient. And a special compliment for Joe-Anthony, who was super accommodating and so sympathetic. I'm sure he sees lots of people who don't feel well, but he seemed so sincere in making sure I didn't wait longer than necessary and telling me that he hoped I felt better. I will always pick HEB now over any other local pharmacy!"
