"I’ve had two prescriptions filled here the past two days. The first one wasn’t filled until the following day after calling them to see if it was ready for pickup. The lady I spoke to on the phone was super nice and willing to get it done right away! Today I picked up another that was called in at 1pm and I got there at about 8pm. When I pulled in they told me it wasn’t “scheduled” for pick up until tomorrow morning but could have it ready within the next 15 minutes. So I stayed and waited since I would be working the following day while they were open. I definitely recommend calling before hand so that you know your prescription will be ready. They were sweet enough to offer my pup some treats though :)"

"I am a heart patient and I can't drive I asked HEB at 211 to deliver my medicine for my heart on the 15th of Jan they said they are not delivering today what about people who need their medicine right away? I thought the job of a pharmacy is to get your medicine to you ASAP? I think I need to change pharmacy"
"I waited in line for 10 minutes to pick up an emergency refill after getting out of work, the tech acknowledged I was there waiting, and when it was my turn they looked at me as I pulled up and they shut down for the night. Literally the worst example of willful ignorance I've ever seen. Do better."
"Not one who writes reviews but this girl at the pharmacy was so rude for no reason. Blonde w glasses, asked for her name but she doesn’t give that out apparently though they should have name tags. H‑E‑B is prestigious and I love it and the people who work there. But this girl is just so rude. She gave attitude and was just mean for no reason. They should’ve had my prescription ready and instead of just taking ownership for it she was on the defense and rude. This isn’t the first time which pushed me into writing this review. Thinking about changing pharmacy’s"
